It is AMAZING what you can find on ebay these days. I searched and in 10 minutes found all of these Sprint phones available for purchase.

Can you imagine!? What was at one time hundreds of dollars is now just $10 on America's favorite store!

In law, defamation (also called calumny, libel, slander, and vilification) is the communication of a statement that makes a false claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, government or nation a negative image. Slander refers to a malicious, false, and defamatory statement or report, while libel refers to any other form of communication such as written words or images. Most jurisdictions allow legal actions, civil and/or criminal, to deter various kinds of defamation and retaliate against groundless criticism."Unlike libel or slander, truth is not a defence for invasion of privacy."[2]

Perhaps there are those who should take more time searching for understanding as well as looking into the ins and outs of misrepresentation and the illegal implications that can arise in the matter.

For the record, as I already did in my last post, I applaud the opportunity that has been afforded Sarah Palin. I also believe she would be the best PERSON out of the four possibilities to hold the office of President in the next term. However, a factual individual could understand that I could and will support the best candidate available even though I do not feel they are the most qualified (whether those qualifications are met by the role which God assigned them or the characteristics He has given them).

And as far as women pastors are concerned, I would think that any High School Band PERFORMER who has found great success in corresponding COMPETITIONS would understand the principle of supporting an organization that holds views not always in line with your own.

Every now and then I get amazed that God still loves me and speaks to me. And sometimes I still get a little surprised that I married Julie Jones.
